The Fort Frances Lakers would like to announce the signing of defenceman Craig Murray.
Craig played last year with the Weeks AAA Major Midgets of the Nova Scotia Major Midget Hockey League, We feel Craig can come in and immediately help our hockey team.
The 5’9″, 160 lb. native of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia is a very mobile, puck carrying defenseman. He likes to skate and has good speed along with great agility/edge control. He also has excellent puck control skills and has a solid shot. Craig can quarterback a power play unit. He has all the tools to be a capable offensive defenseman at the Junior A level.
We are happy that Craig is joining the team and welcome him to the Lakers family.
