The Fort Frances Lakers would like to announce the following roster moves…. Alex Rezansoff (forward) and Max Kaercher (defence) have been traded to the Minnesota Iron Rangers for player development fees. George Roblin (defence) has been traded to the English River Miners for a player development fee. We would like to wish Alex, Max & George the best of luck in their future hockey endeavors. The following players have been added to the roster. #11 Donovan Cousineau – L – 5’8″ 170 – 01/01/1994 – Fort Frances, ON – Fort Frances Lakers SIJHL #14 Marco Romano – L – 5’11” 165 – 11/13/1994 – Burnaby, ON – Grandview Steelers PIJHL Both forwards will bring speed and skill to our line up and most likely will start off playing on the same line. Donovan played with the Lakers last season and brings playoff & Dudley Hewitt Cup experience. Marco has BCHL experience and knows what it takes to compete at a high level. Both will make their debut Tuesday the 25th at home vs. the Dryden Ice Dogs.
