The Fort Frances Lakers held a ‘Parents & Billet Parents Appreciation Weekend’ honoring those families that volunteer their homes to take in a Lakers player(s).
The Fort Frances Lakers are a community owned and operated team relying solely on volunteers. Without billet homes, we would not be able to maintain Jr. A hockey in our area.
Thank you to our visiting Lakers parents and Lakers billeting parents for spending the weekend with us! We appreciate all you do for the team and look forward to the time when we can all get together again.
